It is difficult to put on paper what I have achieved in my career, but I have received much accolade in everything I am involved in. My main role has been to adapt and develop solutions to help other departments and to listen and solve challenges within the organization. I have worked closely with the Presidents, VP of Operations, Sales and other prudent teams within the organizations as well as working with partners and customers directly. I have been the ‘Go-To’ person regarding assistance in improving operations and efficiencies through automation or process simplification in the warehouse, order processing and back office teams.

Managed a staff of IT professionals ranging from 6-12 members through the years

Managed IT infrastructure of MS Domain, Exchange servers, Fileservers in a MAC/Windows environment.

Analyzed and Negotiated contracts, equipment, SLAs, IT services, Telecommunications and solutions resulting in saving several $100,000s yearly with constant review and discussions.

Managed and enhanced Web, ERP/Backoffice, WMS software systems and other supply chain processes.

Conducted the migration of an old Cold Fusion/MS Access application into a PHP/JavaScript version;

Server Administration

Entering Service Connection ASN data into the system

Generating and sending ASNs for SC

JCP Factory ship functions including PO Change acknowledgements, PO Inquiry responses and JCP factory ship return notifications

Entering pick and pack data for warehouse pack orders required for ASNS to be accurately representing what’s inside the cartons

Purchasing

Order toners and Inks for the company
